Returns

You may return most new unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. Receipts are required. Most returns are refunded within 7 days after the return has been received and processed. We do not accept returns on head wear or on “final sale ” items.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped the same or next business day. Mountaineer World offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $55. If you have a preferred method of shipping, we will be happy to honor that request. Simply place your selected items in the shopping cart, and the cart automatically calculate your shipping costs. We ship from Bridgeport, WV. If you live in WV, this will ensure that your order should arrive to your address within 1 day, under normal circustances; otherwise, you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday, unless Next Day Priority is indicated. There are additional costs for that service. If there is an item on backorder, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.

Merchandise for all online orders is taken directly from our store and is subject to being purchased by walk-in traffic before it is pulled to be shipped. In the event an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you.
